Swims is an Oslo based fashion brand. Initially specializing in brightly coloured galoshes and waterproof footwear. They eventually branched out to create technical outerwear with an urban Scandinavian feel. Today their collection consists of footwear, outerwear, swimwear, bags and accessories for men and women.
We designed and developed the fall winter collection, handling all aspects of collection planning and design management. This included designing new styles, creating the colour concept, handling fabric selection as well as trim design and development. We worked on the theme Scandinavian good life, merging technical apparel with more fashion related styles. We managed the supply chain on first and second tier levels, and expanded the supplier base, this also included implementing structures for process and planning. We conducted fit sessions and ensured good fit through effective supplier communication and accurate size charts. We handled and approved lab dips as well as managed carry-over styles.
