Jerven wanted to expand their hunting collection with new technical apparel styles. Mint Design delivered design and technical specifications for hunting jackets and pants. In collaboration with the Jerven-team we developed the Tundra collection, optimized for high mountain hunting and hiking. The collection included a new camouflage print direction, shell products and thermo technology. We followed the development throughout the whole process, assisting with managing production to finished products. Mint Design also contributed to the choice of colors, details, trims and fit development.
Jerven is a family-owned outdoor brand recognized for their practical “Jervenduken”, a multipurpose outdoor protection blanket. This special Jerven-product has been used by Norwegians for generations and has been thoroughly tested by the military and on artic expeditions. Our intention was to bring this heritage into their new design, suited for generations to come.
